2. Services Offered:

This website serves as a platform to:

• Showcase the design aesthetic and previous work of Bouquie Couture.

• Provide information about our custom-made dress services (Asoebi, Birthday, Bridal, etc.).

• Offer contact information for inquiries and appointment bookings.

• Potentially provide inspiration and design ideas.

This website is primarily an informational and booking platform for our custom couture services. Direct online ordering or purchasing of finished garments is not currently offered through this site.

3. Intellectual Property:

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs of designs, patterns, logos, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the website ("Intellectual Property"), are the sole and exclusive property of Bouquie Couture, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Intellectual Property obtained from this website without the express prior written consent of Bouquie Couture.  

4. User Conduct:

By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.

• Not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the website or the experience of other users.  

• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, its systems, or networks.

5. Custom Order Terms:

The following terms apply specifically to custom-made dress orders placed with Bouquie Couture, initiated through inquiries made via this website or other contact methods:

• Final Bills and Payments: All issued bills and payments are final. Further negotiations are generally not accommodated.

• Part Payment Option: An option for part payment may be available, typically requiring 70% upfront and 30% upon completion, with the full amount due before fittings or delivery.

• Appointments: Walk-in consultations, measurements, and fittings are strictly by appointment. Clients are expected to adhere to scheduled dates and times.

• Home Service: Home service for measurements and fittings within and outside Lagos may be available at an additional cost.

• Virtual Measurements: For orders outside our physical location, accurate virtual measurements will be required.

• Consultation: Consultations (physical or virtual) involve discussions on design, fabric choice, measurements, and other essential details.

• Consultation Fee: The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and confirms your booking.

• Bridal/Asoebi Consultation Fees: Bridal consultations (physical/online) are priced at ₦45,000/₦25,000 (or equivalent in USD). Asoebi consultations (physical/online) are priced accordingly. Consultation duration is typically 45 minutes per outfit. These fees do not include the service charge for the garment creation.

• Consultation Schedule: Physical consultations are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (12 PM - 4 PM), while virtual consultations are available Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM).

• Delivery Duration: Delivery for standard custom orders (Asoebi, Birthday, etc.) typically takes 2-4 weeks from confirmation of upfront payment. Bridal orders may take 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity. Delivery times may be extended during public holidays.

• Fittings: Clients should allow sufficient time for adjustments during fitting sessions, which are held during work hours.

• Model Fittings: In cases where clients cannot attend fittings, model fittings may be used at an additional cost, with videos provided to the client.

• Delivery Costs: Shipment/delivery costs are the responsibility of the client and vary based on location and the value/size of the item(s).

• Existing Designs: If an existing Bouquie Couture design is chosen, the consultation fee may be deducted from the final cost of the outfit.

• Urgent Orders: Urgent orders may be accommodated at an extra cost, subject to feasibility and stated at the time of ordering.

• Order Process: The typical order process involves Consultation, Design Approval, 70% Upfront Payment, Production, 30% Balance Payment, and Pickup/Delivery/Shipping.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to client unavailability, incorrect address, or phone number, a second attempt will be made by the delivery company. Subsequent attempts may incur additional charges.

• Commitment to the Process: By scheduling a consultation, you express your appreciation for our work and commit to the entire custom creation process. Once production has commenced, cancellations are generally not accepted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bouquie Couture does not warrant that the website will be error-free or continuously available.  

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bouquie Couture and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of this website or the services offered.  

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in lagos, Nigeria.  

9. Changes to Terms:

Bouquie Couture reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
